If you are stuck and not achieving your aspirations, then something needs to change.

You can overcome those feelings of fear, procrastination, not being good enough or caring too much resulting in you being fearful of messing up. It may be you are stressed by what others think of you, it holds you back and makes you unhealthy and unhappy. Challenges at work or in life can get the better of you at times, but it is how you handle it that matters & that is where I come in.

My areas of specialism

I specialise in helping clients who want to overcome confidence, self-esteem, trauma or anxiety issues or improve their overall performance in their everyday life or at work. I use a mix of Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy and EFT techniques to achieve this, transforming your effectiveness and understanding of yourself and how you interact with others. Developing clearer communications, improving your productivity, providing a clearer vision on how you want your life or career to be.

I work with you to identify the ‘real’ you. I see strengths you don’t, I find your blindspots, I make you really think. I motivate you when you need it, but you make change happen.

How I became a Coach.

I started coaching after a series of life-changing events. Focusing on personal development in my career has rewarded me with many benefits.  I am often described as ‘an enabler’ in my work life,  my mantra is always ‘anything is possible’ and I was awarded a personal performance award named just that by the world renowned Royal Marsden Hospital.  Coaching is my passion and is an extremely powerful tool that can help maximise our potential and performance in all areas of our life, both professionally and personally.

Coaching has unquestionably helped me to find clarity and focus in my own life. I have been fortunate to have met and learnt from so many truly wonderful people along the way for which I am very thankful.

As an extremely self-motivated personality, achieving the goals I set for myself as a result of real life experiences has made me much happier. Sharing my knowledge, keeping it real and striving for authenticity are things that I am passionate about.

My belief is that everyone should have coaching at some time in their life. It is an investment in yourself. If you think about it, we invest in others, houses, holidays, cars, jewellery and other experiences. We should all take time for ourselves, be the priority, as we are our biggest asset after all.

What is Transformational Coaching?

Transformational Coaching is a hugely inspiring process, focusing on the client fully embracing the challenges they face,  that may possibly be causing them to be unhappy, unfulfilled or filled with discontent. It makes way for what is desired by the client and creates a ‘shift’ in their thinking, moving towards expansive thought and an ability to strengthen and expand their capacity to truly manifest the desired results.

Clients are able to realise and understand their own qualities in a guided self- actualisation, enabling them to get to know themselves more deeply to become their true, authentic self and maximise their full potential.

I have found that the difference between Transformational Coaching and other models of coaching is that it really facilitates growth and change on a more profound level for the individual, as it draws on the best of all coaching models and is suitable for a wide variety of purposes.

The coaching process itself is framed around a ‘conversation‘ with your coach and is centred around what is happening now and in the future, bridging the gap between where you are now and where you would like to be.  It proactively helps people to make positive transformations in their personal lives, careers, relationships, businesses or in organisations.

It raises the awareness of the client with powerful questioning techniques, assists in creating practical action plans, tools, techniques and strategies for ongoing support. It is far more effective than if you worked alone. It is about maximising your performance and achievement and as your coach I look to encourage your success.

I will help you gain a greater awareness of yourself, identifying your key values and explore any limiting beliefs you may hold, helping you to move beyond them in order for you to be successful.

I do not tell my clients what to do or give advice. I respect my clients as the expert on his or her life and believe every client has the resources within them to succeed.

Coaching does not seek to resolve any underlying psychological problems and is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy or counselling. Transformational Coaching is client led, positive, encouraging, non-judgemental and outcome focused. The partnership between coach and client is based on honesty, trust, confidentiality and authenticity.

I will challenge you, encourage and support you throughout, with the aim of empowering you to succeed in whatever it is you want to do with your life.

What is NLP

NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience:

1. Neurology – the way in which we think & process our thoughts,

2. Language – the language patterns we use,

3. Programming –  our behaviours & whether these are affecting us positively or negatively as individuals,

The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we interface and communicate with other people and our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the dynamics between mind (neuro), language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behaviour (programming).

We can use the methods and models in NLP to re-define how we think, speak and ultimately behave for more authentic, positive outcomes.

What are the benefits of NLP

NLP is used widely used to facilitate powerful, quick and long-lasting change in both individuals and organisations.

It enables you to positively manage your reactions/responses to people and events around you. It gives you more conscious choice over what you do and the way you act, increasing your ability to reach your goals and objectives.

NLP techniques are based on the concept that you already have all the internal resources and capabilities you need to effect change in your life and the lives of those around you. These techniques give you the ability to choose an emotional or mental state and hold it – for as long as you want, whenever you want.

Typically, many people have difficulty maintaining a focused state of concentration, confidence, enthusiasm, inspiration, motivation, influence, or learning. NLP techniques allow you to automatically access any state you choose, and to be flexible enough to achieve the desired result.

Benefits of NLP enable you to:

• Set your outcome (define precisely what you want).

• Take action to achieve your outcome.

• Evaluate the changes produced by your actions.

• Change your action plan if necessary to achieve better results.

It can be used to assist with a variety of issues including, anxiety & stress, self-esteem, illness, pain, confidence, fears and phobias, personal change, business, parenting, presentation skills, relationships and sport.

NLP is not psychotherapy, psychology, psychoanalysis, counselling, hypnotherapy or therapy and should not be confused with these alternative methods.

“Curious about Coaching”

I offer all potential clients the benefit of a complimentary session of up to 30 minutes so that we can discuss what you would like to achieve & get to know each other better & see if coaching is for you.

“Inspire”

Get yourself off the starting blocks & motivated with 2hrs of coaching (face to face/by phone/Skype). This will enable you to look more closely at what drives you, how to change your thinking and make some positive actions for change.

This package is good for those wanting to test out the coaching process or if you have a smaller goal to reach or want to accelerate action.

We will explore your values and limiting beliefs, change how you think in order to re-focus your mind, form an action plan and motivate you to succeed.

Your Commitment:

2x 1-hour sessions, work will need to be completed by client between sessions. Both sessions will take place in a month or can be taken as a 2-hour intensive session.


“Grow”

This package is great for those who really want to be able to explore, change and sustain thinking and behaviours towards their longer-term goals. It includes 4hrs of coaching (face to face/by phone/Skype).

The package allows you to explore your thinking in more detail, reflect & make some decisions on what you would like to change. It also includes some goal orientated work.

Your Commitment:

An initial 2-hour session followed by 2 x 1-hour sessions. All sessions will take place over 2 consecutive months. Additional work will need to be completed by the client between sessions.


“Sustain”

This package enables you to take your learning a step further and facilitates behavioural changes as well as longer term goal achievement. It includes 7hrs of coaching.

Your Commitment:

A 2-hour initial session followed by 5 x 1-hour sessions or 7x 1 hr sessions. All sessions will take place over 2-3 consecutive months. Additional work will need to be completed by the client between sessions. Email support is available in between sessions for this package.


“Transform”

This is a full coaching package that will provide you with support for 6 months and will enable you to realise your truly authentic, confident and effective self. Offering a full transformation in thinking and actions towards your longer-term goals, it is for those seeking true authenticity and change in their life. It includes 12 hours of coaching.

This requires commitment and takes you through the coaching process from start to finish. It enables you to really gain focus and momentum in achieving your actions and goals in a supported way, enabling you to make better decisions & improve your effectiveness and overall happiness in both personal and work areas of your life.

Your Commitment:

A 2-hour initial session followed by 10 x 1-hour sessions. Additional work will need to be completed by the client between sessions. Email and Telephone support is available in between sessions for this package.
