About

How I became a Coach.

I started coaching after a series of life-changing events. Focusing on personal development in my career has rewarded me with many benefits.  I am often described as ‘an enabler’ in my work life,  my mantra is always ‘anything is possible’ and I was awarded a personal performance award named just that by the world renowned Royal Marsden Hospital.  Coaching is my passion and is an extremely powerful tool that can help maximise our potential and performance in all areas of our life, both professionally and personally.

Coaching has unquestionably helped me to find clarity and focus in my own life. I have been fortunate to have met and learnt from so many truly wonderful people along the way for which I am very thankful.

As an extremely self-motivated personality, achieving the goals I set for myself as a result of real life experiences has made me much happier. Sharing my knowledge, keeping it real and striving for authenticity are things that I am passionate about.

My belief is that everyone should have coaching at some time in their life. It is an investment in yourself. If you think about it, we invest in others, houses, holidays, cars, jewellery and other experiences. We should all take time for ourselves, be the priority, as we are our biggest asset after all.

A bit more about me.

My biggest strengths as a coach are how I deal with challenges & my life & professional experience, I have worked in Forensic Science, Clinical Research & Healthcare sectors for 25 years as a Scientist and Senior Manager. I understand the challenges my clients are going through in their careers and personal lives and have the skills to take them to the next level in whatever they want to achieve. The process will make you think differently, find new ways to overcome those blocks, react differently to external influences and move you forward.

How I work.

My clients are capable of achieving anything, they take action and can make the changes happen in their lives with the right inspiration and support.

It’s important that we are a ‘good fit’ in order for you to get the best from your experience, so I always take the time to get to know you and see what your aspirations are to ensure I am the right person to support you in getting you to where you want to be.

During your Coaching experience, I work alongside you, challenging & encouraging you when you are walking out of your comfort zone and into the stretch zone, helping you to overcome fears, limiting beliefs and giving you the tools to be able to realise your dreams & goals.

I work via telephone, Skype and face-to-face with clients in the UK. My local catchment is Surrey, Greater London and the home counties, my home is in Tadworth, Surrey. I find telephone and Skype are very efficient in terms of my clients busy schedules, meeting the client’s needs in terms of the most productive method of communication for the coaching session.

Most sessions are offered on a fortnightly basis for new clients and monthly and yearly for existing clients. Check out my packages for more information.

One of my clients said to me once that her biggest relief with the process was realising it was ok to ask for support and not to have to do these things alone.

Over the years I have built my authenticity, resilience and determination to succeed through my own experiences and feel I can now use this to help others in what they want to do.

My aim is for my clients to be the inspiration for themselves and others around them.

What is expected of you.

You will need to devote dedicated time for the sessions & subsequent actions you want to take. It will be challenging, it will have periods of enlightenment and reflection, but overall it will be fun and insightful and my clients come out full of motivation, with a huge sense of achievement and satisfaction having achieved their goals.

You will be accountable for your actions…that means homework in between our sessions…sorry!
